More Robust Bluetooth Connection

We are currently aware of the following issues

• The Nuwa Pen automatically disconnects randomly on iOS

• After renaming the Nuwa Pen, it reverts to a default name (e.g., “00-B0-D0-63-C2-26”).

• The Nuwa Pen doesn’t appear on the list when trying to connect.
